The fight to save endangered species is paying off! Thanks to science-driven conservation, Magnolia dixonii, a tree found only in the Ecuadorian Chocó, has been officially downlisted from Critically Endangered (CR) to Endangered (EN) on the IUCN Red List. OUR IMPACT
Every year we discover new species, we rediscover species thought to have already been lost to extinction, and we bring species back from the brink. We protect and restore wildlife habitat from Amazon rainforests to high Andean paramos, into the wet Chocó and the dry Tumbes, and across the ocean to the Galápagos.
