Thanks to ZGAP, we are going to install 60 nest boxes in our Las Balsas Reserve to increase the Amazon Lilacines population.
Thanks to ZGAP, we are going to install 60 nest boxes in our Las Balsas Reserve to increase the Amazon Lilacine's population. This is the first nest box project we will do with this species and in this reserve. We aim to work together with the community in every conservation project. Therefore, the nest boxes will be built with the people of Las Balsas.
We will install 20 trap cameras in our reserve to create a base line of the local fauna. This will provide the necessary information to design further projects, as well as plan future land purchases.
