Ana Boudreau, Kate Jordan, and Wendy Willis from American Bird Conservancy visited us at our offices in Quito and joined our meetings. The aim of their annual visit is to meet staff and to discuss strategic projects for the following year.
We were pleased to show them our Yanacocha, Chakana and Canandé Reserves. Together with our Conservation Director Michael Moens and Fundraiser Samanta Villegas, Wendy also visited several properties around Cerro de Arcos to review strategies to save the critically endangered Blue-throated Hillstar.
