We are going to reforest 30 hectares in an important watershed at our Buenaventura Reserve thanks to the support of World Land Trust, and Club Rotario Machala.
Club Rotario has more than 86 years of work in Ecuador and finances mainly social projects. That is why we are happy to be their first environmental project!
Our Conservation Director, Michael Moens, signed the agreement, and our Reforestation Coordinator, René Rivas, is already establishing the plant nursery.
We also thank World Land Trust for their continuous support in Jocotoco's reforestation projects.
