LINKING FOREST TO SAVE SPECIES
In 1999, Fundación Jocotoco took it upon themselves to save one of the last remaining cloud forest patches in the province of El Oro, Ecuador. The forest is one of the most southern parts of the Tumbesian-Choco biodiversity hotspot which is the fifth most endangered hotspot worldwide.
