Jocotoco held an all-staff meeting

After six years, more than 70 people from Jocotoco and Jocotours, including park guards, reserve managers, cooks, and hospitality staff, attended the first in-person meeting.

For one week, everyone participated in several workshops focused on improving their technical and professional skills, such as first aid, safety, and rescue training.

This event also set the stage for our staff to present their professional and personal projects that we will help them to develop. For example, the expedition project to find and monitor El Oro Tapaculo project that Leovigildo prepared and wants to conduct within the Buenaventura reserve. Additionally, it allowed our staff to visit our Copalinga reserve and enjoy its natural beauty while socializing and strengthening bonds with their colleagues.
