Jocotoco participated in the British Embassy's event for the environment

Jocotoco staff were present at the environmental event held by the British Embassy in Quito with the "Recycling plastic to improve livelihoods in Las Tunas- Manabi project.

Jocotoco staff were present at the environmental event held by the British Embassy in Quito. We presented our project "Recycling plastic to improve livelihoods in Las Tunas- Manabi" to Sir Simon McDonald, Head of the Diplomatic Service in the UK, and other national and international authorities. This is the first time the Head of the Diplomatic Service has visited Ecuador in the last 20 years. We expect to continue working in other projects with the British Embassy towards the conservation of biodiversity.
