Jocotoco's Annual Board Meeting

We had our annual board meeting at the beginning of October at our offices in Quito. We were happy to host our members: David Agro, Carmen Bustamante, Adela Espinosa, Bert Harris, Niels Krabbe, Martin Schaefer, Nigel Simpson, Robert Ridgely, Jordan Karubian, and Heather Hodges.

Jocotoco and Jocotours' staff presented their projects reports from 2019 and the plans for the next year. The board was glad to hear about our significant achievements in conservation and governance and to meet the new employees who have joined us this year. We aim to have an even greater impact in the conservation of Ecuador's biodiversity.

We hope you had a good time in our offices and in Ecuador, if you came from overseas, despite the inconveniences of the moment. We are happy that everything returned to normal and we can continue to carry on our conservation work.
