We launched our campaign to protect the Ecuadorian Chocó! Over the past 19 years, we've increased the protected areas of our Canandé-Tesoro reserve located in the Esmeraldas province up to 7,000 hecatres. Only 2-5% of the remaining lowland Chocó remains in Ecuador, making it one of the most threatened biological hotspots worldwide!

This region harbors over 270 species of mammals, 210 species of reptiles, 800 species of birds and 130 species of amphibians. With your help we can acquire 23,000 hectares and create a biological corridor joining two governmental reserves. Your support can make a big difference in the future of many of these endemic species!
